SHIPPING

Poland

Domestic orders ship with InPost — to your chosen Paczkomat locker or by courier. Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

International

We ship all international orders with FedEx International. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days following confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on the destination country. In certain cases, due to customs clearance delays or local postal service issues, delivery may take longer.

Pre-Order Method

Some pieces are released via pre-order — they are produced specifically for you after the drop. Please allow extra time for production and shipping; it can take even a few weeks. You will receive automatic updates on your order's status, including production and shipping progress, and you can watch your piece sail live 24/7 on our tracking page.

For behind-the-scenes updates on production and shipping stages, follow us on Instagram @lastarcstudios — it's the best way to stay informed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery status of your package at any time.

Please Note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping delays caused by customs or other regulatory procedures in the destination country are beyond our control.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or import fees will result in the order being returned to us, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
