Domestic Shipping (Poland)
Once your order is confirmed, we process and ship it within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders using reliable carriers such as FedEx International. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days following confirmation.
Delivery times for international orders typically range from 2–10 business days, depending on the destination country. In certain cases, due to customs clearance delays or local postal service issues, delivery may take longer.
Pre-Order Method
Some products are available via Pre-Order, which means they are produced specifically for you. Please allow extra time for production and shipping, it can take even few weeks. You will receive automatic updates on your order’s status, including production and shipping progress.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped via FedEx, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time directly through the FedEx tracking system.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping delays caused by customs or other regulatory procedures in the destination country are beyond our control.
• Refusal to pay customs duties or import fees will result in the order being returned to us, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
